A few days ago I made a post about a Children Charity Event at the Santa Monica pier where Kate was wearing a large and stylish hat with a grey top and a pair of black pants - Thus of which can been seen here.
Talk is revolving around whether that was actually Kate or not. The CCE site has Kate listed an attendee (and you can be sure she was there), but the pictures are marked as being taken yesterday - the same day Kate, Len and Lily were on that roller coaster. Different outfits, wouldn't you say?
Outfit or not, there is a great deal of reason no tbelieve that was Kate they took pictures of. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised as I mentioned the breasts on this particular woman were notably larger than Kates. There's resemblance for sure, but I'm guessing it's Liv Tyler.
