In early September, I mentioned that Kate was yet again being nominated for Spike TV's "Scream Queen" award, and having already won in 2006, I doubted that she'd win again. However, according to press releases sent out by Spike TV to such websites as press.page2go2.com and CNNMoney.com, Kate has won the 2007 "Scream Queen" award! SCREAM QUEEN
